How much are the conference fees?
There is a voluntary fee of $25 for faculty. Funds raised through this fee will be used to subsidize travel for graduate students, scholars from the global south, and scholars from under-resourced universities.

We have reserved a block of rooms at a reduced rate at two nearby hotels. For more details, please go to the Conference Venue page.
Is there a hybrid option?
This is an in-person conference. We may organize a few hybrid options.
Are there childcare arrangements?
Unfortunately we do not have childcare arrangements. If you would be interested in organizing formal or informal childcare for the conference participants, please contact the organizers.
Is there a lactation room at the conference venue?
Yes, there are lactation rooms. More information on lactation rooms can be found here.
Will there be an accessible transportation option for attendees?
If you need accessible transportation between the conference location and your hotel, please contact us at [email protected].
I don’t have a paper. Can I participate anyway?
Yes! You can sign up to be a panel chair or discussant, or simply to attend. Please see the form.
